Our PHYLOSOPHIE
We believe that movement is medicine — and that mindful movement transforms both body and mind. Rooted in the classical principles of Pilates and inspired by contemporary science, our studio offers a space where precision, breath and control create lasting strength, balance and vitality.
Meet OUR instructors
Owner / Instructor / BSc in Sportphysiotherapy
I discovered Pilates in 2017 after seeing its powerful effect. What fascinated me was how focused, controlled movement — combined with flow — could make such a difference. Since then, I’ve been teaching Pilates and integrating it into my therapy sessions, with truly amazing results.

What started as rehab became my reset. With Pilates, I rebuilt my core, reset my mindset, and found a strength that feels sustainable. A strength that comes from tuning in and moving with intention instead of impulse.
Now I’m here to share the magic - minus the macho, plus a whole lot of mindful power.

I love movement in all its forms. Yoga first opened the door for me, and through it, I discovered Pilates. Pilates helps me feel grounded and empowered – every session brings me back to myself. I love how it weaves movement and mindfulness together, building strength from the inside out and leaving me balanced, clear, and deeply connected.

There’s something about Reformer Pilates that stuck from the very first class in Australia. What I love most is the variety: you can dial the intensity up or down, and throw in fun extras like light weights, a ball, or a ring to keep every class fresh, playful, and never boring.

Instructor
A former police officer with a lifelong mission to serve and support others, I’ve redirected my purpose toward helping individuals unlock their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Today, I guide people on their personal journey of transformation, using Pilates as a powerful tool to build strength, restore balance, and cultivate self-awareness. Because true change begins within, and the only limits that exist are the ones you accept.

Instructor
Pilates first came into my life by coincidence, as an additional course during my Physiotherapy studies. Over time, it grew into a true passion—the most conscious way for me to move, to connect with my body, and to help others discover the same connection.
Sophia Koch
Instructor
Pilates is my absolute passion and my true calling. It is a practice that builds strength and confidence from deep within, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. Since beginning my Pilates journey, I have never felt so at home in my own body. Now, my mission is to share this empowering feeling with as many people as possible and to help others discover the beauty and power of this transformative method for themselves.

Instructor
Pilates has been part of my life for the past ten years. What began as a need for slow, controlled movement has grown into a true passion. As life became busier and faster, I’ve come to appreciate the controlled, intentional, and precise movements of Pilates. It helps me slow down while continuing to build strength — and I simply love the burn.

What amenities do you offer?
A cozy, minimalist space designed for you to move, sweat, and reset. From mats and towels to showers, changing rooms, shampoo, and shower gel — everything you need is right here.
What to bring?
Nothing but yourself. We provide mats and sweat towels – we’ve got your back (and your sweat).
What should I wear?
How long is each session?
Expect 50 minutes of full-body, low-impact, high-intensity work on the Reformer — followed by 10 minutes of stretch and cool down.
Can I join as a first timer?
Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels and can be adjusted to your experience. If it’s your first time, let the coach know — they’ll guide you through the setup and keep an extra eye on you. Arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you settled in.
What if I'm late or need to cancel?
Can’t make it? Cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Anything later, or a no-show, and the credit is deducted. Thanks for keeping it fair for the waitlist crew!
When do my credits expire?
Depends on your package — the more credits, the longer the validity. Check the details when you book. Got an injury? Don’t worry, we extend your credits with a doctor’s note.
Are classes in English?
Yes! All classes are in English to keep things simple and inclusive.
