Mat Series

Thursdays, 19:20–20:20
A powerful evolution of classical Mat Pilates. Expect combined exercises, lower body with arm work, core stability with upper body strength, designed to challenge coordination and create deep muscular fatigue.
Build strength, endurance, and full-body integration while staying true to precise Pilates principles.
We recommend first-time clients join one of our Mat Pilates classes to learn the principles and build a strong, controlled foundation.
